About
I have been in independent practice as a Company Secretary since 2008, after more than two decades in the insurance industry with The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.
Over twelve years as a Company Secretary, I have handled an Initial Public Offering of an NBFC, mergers and demergers, fund raising, FIPB and FCRA approvals, shareholders' agreements, ESOP schemes, NBFC registration and compliance, and the setting up of private and public charitable trusts.
In 2018 I promoted Accredo Corporate Advisors Private Limited, a consultancy whose team includes Company Secretaries, Insolvency Professionals and former bankers. We work comfortably over email, phone and video, so clients outside Chennai are served just as quickly.
